Warm Grass on my feet!

Warm grass on my feet,fresh breeze thru my hair,and it's a beautiful day here. I went for a swim and then walked thru my grass and did it feel good. I needed that refreshment after work today. One of my managers adopted a new baby boy and this is their second son. We got to see the little guy today,so tiny,so precious. My pup Lucky is doing great, he thinks he is speedy now and his ears are funny when he runs so he makes me laugh when he does it. My garden has been great this year. I had fresh green beans the other night and yesterday we had beets. I got a strawberry plant ,only one as I was not sure if my soil was right to grow it. Well it took off like crazy so I will be getting more strawberry plants next spring as I have the perfect spot for them in a raised bed. I had two little oak trees grow from the acorns I had gotten last fall. I guess the squirrels forgot about those two so I transplanted them to a safer spot so the dogs wouldn't trample them. The picture is my neighbors grapevines gone wild,she has them all over.
