I was thinking today after getting an email from the honorable Senator Feingold that I am doing what I can to let the senators,congressmen,governor and even my mayor know how I feel about certain legislation. I get the easy way of doing this by emails from Defenders of Wildlife,Sierra Club,ASPCA,and various other activist groups. They send me a sample letter and all I do is fill it out and click send if I so choose to agree on their causes. I feel it is something I can do easily at home and I am all for protecting wildlife and our waters. Is anyone else shocked at the Republican nominee Sarah Palin? I went to the landfill with hubby to get rid of some grapevines on our side of the fence that disgusted me. I found a small shrub that someone else dumped earlier. We took it home and I planted it in back and watered the little thing. We also saw two bucks with the knobby fuzzy horns on their heads there eating some apples. It was real nice to see some deer today. Later on this fall I plan on bringing them some pears as we have a great pear tree in back but it does over produce so we can't possibly eat all of them even when giving a lot away. I turned off the central air ,yeah it is so nice and cool today.

I appreciate your generosity toward the deer. Since the ones here have already eaten all my tomato, bell pepper, and squash plants, as soon as I can program a deer-compatable GPS, I'll send them up to partake of your smorgasbord!
